Cancellation & Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy – Yacht Charter

•⁠ ⁠No refunds or date changes are allowed within 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.


•⁠ ⁠In case of a no-show on the day of the service, no refund will be issued.


•⁠ ⁠Changes or rescheduling are subject to yacht availability.

Payments & Deposits

•⁠ ⁠A deposit is required to confirm the reservation (typically equivalent to 1 hour of charter).


•⁠ ⁠The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service, before boarding.


•⁠ ⁠Credit card payments are subject to 16% VAT and possible additional processing fees.

General Conditions

•⁠ ⁠Gratuity for the crew is not included; 10%–15% cash tip is recommended.


•⁠ ⁠The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.

Weather & Port Closure

•⁠ ⁠In case of port closure by the Port Captain, a reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable) will be offered.


•⁠ ⁠Adverse weather conditions that do not result in port closure are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

Safety

•⁠ ⁠All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.

Need Damage & Liability?

•⁠ ⁠The client is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht during the service.


•⁠ ⁠The company is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings on board.

Timing

•⁠ ⁠Charter time starts at the agreed scheduled time, regardless of the client’s arrival time.


•⁠ ⁠Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the service.
