Cancellation & Booking Policy
Cancellation Policy – Yacht Charter
• No refunds or date changes are allowed within 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.
• In case of a no-show on the day of the service, no refund will be issued.
• Changes or rescheduling are subject to yacht availability.
Payments & Deposits
• A deposit is required to confirm the reservation (typically equivalent to 1 hour of charter).
• The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the service, before boarding.
• Credit card payments are subject to 16% VAT and possible additional processing fees.
General Conditions
• Gratuity for the crew is not included; 10%–15% cash tip is recommended.
• The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
Weather & Port Closure
• In case of port closure by the Port Captain, a reschedule at no additional cost or a full refund (minus processing fees, if applicable) will be offered.
• Adverse weather conditions that do not result in port closure are not valid grounds for cancellation or refund.
Safety
• All passengers must follow crew instructions at all times.
Need Damage & Liability?
• The client is responsible for any damage caused to the yacht during the service.
• The company is not responsible for any lost or forgotten personal belongings on board.
Timing
• Charter time starts at the agreed scheduled time, regardless of the client’s arrival time.
• Late arrivals do not extend the duration of the service.
